Technical data
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and, on the onboarding page, a PDF library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Those providers receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads. We use no advertising or analytics trackers and no social media embeds.
Cookie choice
When you answer the cookie banner, your choice is stored in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.

4. Who we share data with
- Service providers that host this website and deliver our email, who process data only on our instructions, and the content delivery providers named above (Google Fonts and cdnjs) that serve fonts and code to your browser.
- Regulators, law enforcement and industry bodies such as the USTelecom Industry Traceback Group, where the law requires it or where our Acceptable Use Policy applies.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality duties.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, India or another region with transfer rules, submitting the form means your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, we will put one in place.
6. How long we keep it
We keep onboarding records while the account is active and afterwards for as long as telecom, tax and record-keeping rules, or the resolution of a dispute or investigation, require. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle them. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Onboarding submissions are delivered to a restricted company mailbox and access is limited to the people who handle onboarding. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send information we have not asked for.
