These terms apply to your use of sazenetworks.com (the "Site") operated by SAZE Networks LLC ("SAZE Networks", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services are governed by a separate agreement
The Site describes our services. It is not an offer that can be accepted by browsing. Services are provided only after you complete the client onboarding form, we approve your application, and the agreements shown in that form (Master Service Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, STIR/SHAKEN and Traceback Cooperation terms, DNC/TCPA Compliance terms and Billing Authorization) apply. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements prevail for the services.
3. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or to other users' data;
- submit false, misleading or another person's information in the onboarding form;
- copy or scrape the Site at a volume that burdens it.
4. Electronic signatures and records
When you submit the onboarding form with a drawn or typed signature, you agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one and that we may keep the signed record, the date and time, and your IP address as evidence. You confirm that you are authorized to bind the business named in the form.
5. Intellectual property
The SAZE Networks name, logo, text and design of the Site belong to SAZE Networks LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not reproduce, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.
6. Information on the Site
We take care to keep the Site accurate, but it is provided for general information. Service availability, features and prices depend on your agreement, your location and your traffic, and may change. Nothing on the Site is legal or regulatory advice, including the descriptions of compliance services. You remain responsible for your own compliance with telecom, marketing and privacy laws.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for the services themselves is set out in your Master Service Agreement.
8. Links
The Site loads fonts and a PDF library from third-party providers and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and browser storage.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which SAZE Networks LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers or users in other countries keep any mandatory rights they have under local law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
